Interamna Group Inc. “Interamna”, is a specialized management consulting and staffing firm founded in 2011 by Camillo Ponziani. Serving industries like conservation, international development, healthcare, aviation, and finance, we offer innovative solutions to complex needs. Our mission is to unlock the potential of organizations and enable decision makers to access the information they need to conserve threatened species and transform the lives of vulnerable people, at scale. We merge deep field and technical experience, the latest methodologies and technologies for the quickest, most cost-efficient and effective way to get your job done.

2011 - 2014:

The company's early years were marked by providing program and project delivery services to the healthcare sector, expanding soon thereafter into civil aviation, specializing in large-scale enterprise IT and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

2014 - 2021:

Drawing from the founder’s 20+ years’ experience with the United Nations, in the mid- 2010s Interamna Group Inc. pivoted to the international development and conservation sectors, offering program development, project design, delivery and evaluation services to international organizations and governments. It also forged strategic partnerships with organizations in Asia and Europe.

This move further diversified the company's portfolio and enabled it to offer a more comprehensive range of solutions to its customers.

2021 - Present:

Interamna expands into the finance sector, specializing in the resourcing of large-scale payment rail transformation projects for its fintech clients. With the acquisition of Redstart Staffing Solutions, the company’s growth and diversification have enabled it to expand its service offerings to clients

Interamna Group Inc. has grown purposefully over the years, leveraging its expertise and expand its service offerings. While our roots will always be Canadian, our footprint has grown internationally as more and more clients learn about our capabilities and commitment to service excellence.
