What We Did: Interamna was engaged to deliver extensive consultative support for the deployment of a new integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system controlling all flight, baggage, and gate operations within Canada’s largest volume international airport. We also led two short-term assignments to provision gating artifact documentation, and to restore timelines for projects pertaining to the enhancement of the Common Use Passenger Processing System and the Baggage Tracking Sortation System.
